‘Nederland Opent!’ Book Released

The initiative ‘Netherlands Opens Data’ (or ‘Nederland Opent Data’ in Dutch) was setup by different commercial and public sector organizations to promote the creation and use of Open Data for the design of services for their clients. Thoughout 2012 various project and workshops were organised to discuss the views, findings and prospects about the way that Open Data can improve public services. The book ‘Nederland Opent!’ discusses this initiative and the views and outcomes of the individual projects. I also have contributed to this book with my view on the benefits of ‘Open Educational Resources’ to the public. This text can be found here (in the Dutch language).
